2 large eggs
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon
vanilla extract
½ teaspoon
ground cardamom (optional)
2 tablespoons
melted butter
For Serving (Optional):
Whipped cream
Cloudberry or raspberry jam
Cooking Steps�
Step 1: Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and melted butter.
Gradually mix in flour and cardamom until smooth.
Step 2: Cook the Krumkake
Preheat a Krumkake iron or electric waffle cone maker.
Drop a tablespoon of batter onto the iron and close the lid.
Cook for 30–60 seconds until golden brown.
Step 3: Shape the Cookies
While warm, roll the Krumkake around a cone-shaped mold or gently shape into tubes.
Let cool until crisp.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Fill with whipped cream and jam, or enjoy plain with coffee.
