Cooking Steps For Indian Dosa with Coconut Chutney

Wash the rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds. Soak them together in water for 4-6 hours.
Drain the water and blend into a smooth batter, adding water gradually. Let it ferment overnight or for 8-10 hours. Add salt before making dosas. - 🥧Make the Coconut Chutney
Blend grated coconut, green chili, roasted chana dal, ginger, salt, and water into a smooth paste. Adjust the consistency with water.
