☑  1 package of jumbo pasta shells
☑  2 tablespoons🥄 of olive oil
☑ 1 small onion, diced & 2 cloves garlic, minced
☑ 2 cups of fresh mushrooms, chopped
☑ 1/2 teaspoon🥄 of dried thyme
☑ 1/2 teaspoon🥄 of salt & 1/4 teaspoon🥄 of black pepper
☑ 1 cup of ricotta cheese
☑ 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
☑ 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
☑ 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
☑ 2 cups of marinara sauce
☑ Olive oil for drizzling

Cooking Steps For Mushroom and Ricotta Stuffed Pasta Shells
